Meet Laila

At this point, you've more than likely met most of the 22 animals that were rescued from a terrible hoarding situation and brought into MCAS in late 2023. Laila is no exception. At 1 year old and weighing just 43 pounds, this love bug just needs to feel safe. She has come out of her shell so much since first arriving at the shelter and we're so proud to see her confidence growing. Because of her past, she will certainly need someone patient who can give her the time and space to become comfortable in her new home. We're encouraged by this pup's progress and believe that she'll thrive once she is adopted into a loving home.
