I agree and understand that Maury County Animal Services Facility retains the animal ownership. Under NO circumstances will our foster peopleplace or adopt out any animals under their care. The foster parent agrees to contact MCAS immediately if there are any medical issues or concerns. If the foster parent decides to take the animal(s) to an outside vet, the foster parent understands that they will be liable for all expenses.

There is NO exception to this rule.
