PARTNERSHIPS

A win for the animals and a win for your business

Community support is critical to our mission and we welcome any interest a business may have in partnering with us! Partnerships comes in all shapes and sizes. Ways that your business can support our efforts include, but aren't limited to:​

  • Hosting an adoption event

  • Donating a portion of your sales to our organization

  • Hosting a fundraising event

  • And more!

Here are some of the events that we'd love to collaborate with you on!

Adoption Event  We'll bring some adoptable pups to your business and set up our booth. The goal would be to drive adoptions and chat with the community about our organization and MCAS.

​

Donation Drive  You'll set up a place at your business to collect supplies or monetary donations. For monetary donations, we'll provide you a lockbox to collect the donations, and our Venmo QR code for instant transactions.

​

Fundraising Event  You'll host an event at your business in order to raise money for our organization. This could be anything from donating a portion of your sales, to a special ticket-only event.

​

Humane Education  We'll have volunteers come offsite to your event, school, or gathering to talk about what our organization does, including the services we offer, community outreach, how you can help, and educating about the humane treatment of animals. We do ask for a small monetary donation and/or a collection of our Wish List items in return.

Animal Enrichment We'll bring an adoptable pup to your facility to enrich not only the lives your group, but also the animal. Popular visits include Nursing Homes, schools, and more.​​

Have something else in mind? If you've got an "out of the box" idea, we'd love to hear it! Just select "Misc Event" from the dropdown menu of the form when requesting your event.

NOTE: We do require at least a 30-day notice prior to the event for scheduling purposes. Completing the form does NOT confirm an event or reserve a date for you. A volunteer will reach out to you to discuss our availability and event details.

Length of event will depend on the type of event that is being requested., Animals are not typically kept out of the shelter longer than 2 hours at a time. For any off-site events, we require a 30-minute load-in and set-up prior to an event. Event parking costs for required staffing must be covered or comped by the client. Friends of MCAS reserves the right to cancel or modify any previously scheduled event due to extreme weather or illness.
